Have you ever prayed for something that you really wanted? Was it granted? There was a time when I was nearly consumed with anger that I didn't like myself anymore. I would light a candle and pray that I'd rise above that negativity and be able to cope with the gnawing resentment that I felt. I eventually got wait I prayed for and saw the situation in another perspective.

Prayer is powerful. Lots of my prayers are being answered by God. Some might not be the way I want it but Gos sees that I'll be able to understand His purposes. One major prayer that was answered was for me to enter marriage. I was 28 years old when I started praying. I prayed for myself to be ready, for the characteristics that my husband would have, and that God will provide everything for my wedding. Everything was answered, thank God. At the age of 30 I married the guy that I've been praying for. =)

i always ask the almighty to help me overcome the barriers in life. i ask him to help me lead life. this is my prayer. probably it is answered and granted always because i am still alive. may the almighty bless you and happy my lotting.

Hi diutay,
Well prayers does work for me for when we were in a bad way and we didn't know where to turn, I prayed so hard and within a few days it was answered, some one came to our rescue and helped us out of the bas sistuation.
