Garlic and ginkgo are considered to be blood thinners. Also eating 2 or three kiwi fruits daily will thin the blood and lowers fat in the blood. Hi Dixie! I'm currently taking aspirin and I have to take it everyday for the rest of my life. Well, doctors advise garlic as well for blood thinners. I'm not sure about herbs though I haven't actually found one yet. Take care my friend! Have a good one!
