haha nah it's not a poem, you kind of have to be able to understand chinese to get it. It's stuff that's kind of been lost in translation. Like when you translate Chinese figurative speech/slang word for word into english it doesn't make a lot of sense...that's why its funny.

This is a joke ,a sir Mr.wang .all people don't like he,for example hate Mr.wang you can say wang eating so many eggs.

All of these sentence were't coming from a poem or something else,these are just some mistakes that were token when some Chinese spoke English with Chinese Grammar.But it's funny ~
people montain people sea : to describe that there are so many people and you just can't tell how many people around here ,just so many~^-^

i have no clue about that 
but i can understand how it works. it's like here, we have indonesian-english. one example:
liver-liver on the road
it is told to someone who are about to leave. it means 'be careful' (when you are riding on the road). we say 'hati-hati' to say 'be careful'. but hati itself means liver. (well, the repeat mostly is aimed to make the thing plural. ex: banana = pisang; while bananas = pisang-pisang). so, hati-hati di jalan (be careful on the road) becomes 'liver-liver on the road'.
