Having CURD in dinner is BAD for health!!!!! Truth or myth?????

I like to have curd in lunch as well as dinner. But people say that having curd an night is not good for health......Am confused!!!! Is it true or just a myth?????

i guess so, since it is very sweet and contain sugar in it. but as long as brush teech before bed, i guess it won't do any harm.

curds dont contain sugar unless u add some for sweetening

any food particles , sweet or not ... cna lead to tooth decay which necessiates brushing of teeth after meals .

hi dear i do not think curd is bad...i am having a allergy where i often catch cold easily and have non stop sneezing..so i generally avoid curd in the night..otherwise i think it is healthy..have a nice day

Curd is very good for health.It keeps the body cool.There is no harm in eating curd either in lunch or dinner.You should have it without suger to avoid unnecessary calories.

People say all sorts of things.I used to eat a lot of curd at night at times.I never found anything going wrong.

Mongolians have a cur they call "AARUUL". I like to eat it everytime I find some. They usually eat it in the summer though. But rest your mind. that's a myth. Q answered. Now please mark me as best response and make my day! I'll do the same 4 u!

It is TRUE According to ayurveda and even modern nutritionists one needs to avoid heavy milk products after 3pm ... the digestive power is lowered after 3 pm ... this would sound as a myth since one day if u have curds it wont affect you adversely but on a long term it can be harmful .. one shud avoid all dairy products except Milk in the night .. but curd is a heavy food ... anyways what i say is backed by the oldest system of medicine ayurveda .. so it is not on my own accord
