Senator Obama has called John McCain a stooge for the oil companies. Gasp! If you can stand the scandal, read about it here.

right now it looks more like childish bickering. why do we have to hear about all this. calling one a celebrity (which makes sense, but is was insulting to liken obama to pars hilton and britany spears.) so obama has to get even by calling mccain a stooge. this name calling is tiring on the public.

Funny how Obama talks about McCain being in the oil companies' pockets, but always excludes the fact that he's received nearly half a million dollars from big oil himself. This guy is setting a new record for hypocrisy in the presidential race, and it's not an easy record to set.

Sign me up for the job too! I find it amusing that if you are for boost that oil gives to our economy, if you support people being able to drive to work, or support all of the people supporting their families (rig hands, etc), then you must be a "stooge". I know in my part of the world, oil companies help a lot of fmilies and give a lot to the community otherwise.

Obama is such a hypocrite to be accusing McCain of this. McCain is actually offering good solutions to our foreign oil dependency whereas Obama is offering nothing realistic to solve this problem. In an earlier post by Ladyluna, I think it is obvious who is really pandering to big oil interests and keeping the prices high. Here's the thread.
