Why England Cricket team never won world cup ?

A little hard luck.. it is the only team, other than Australia to reach world cup final three times....

I dont know the exact reason. I feel that England team is best suited for the Test Cricket. Because World Cup consists of only ODI matches, England never won the Cup. What do u feel????

Its may be because of overconfidene or may be due to bad luck as well. As I look at the histroy I found England made it to semifinals of the tournament almost all times except one and they were into semifinals 4 times and ended as runners 3 times, may be due to bad luck they were not able to win the cup. Can we call them world cup chockers.

well,it depends on luck too,england team was very much capable of doing that. even they entered the final 3 times i guess.but they didn't win because of luck i think. peace.

Not only england , south africa has never won any yet they're very favourite to win ... I guess its not their luck n they just seem to get out of way in world cups... England is rather very disappointin team they always loose no matter how good their team is
