Dog Passing For goat meat - Should trust any meat?

Residents of Uganda's capital, Kampala, have expressed shock at the arrest of two men believed to have been passing off dog meat as goat. Do we need to be suspicious of the kind of meat eat coming from sources we dont know? Can we even trust lebels on tinned meat?

I just wrote an article about the mad cow disease. It is very scary - you can in a few days become a wreck, and all because you ate the wrong stake... I try to be very careful and eat only where I know the source...
