Im wondering if there are any fellow mylotters out there who use the Acerola cherry as a vitamin supplement. Also known as the Barbados cherry or the Wild crape myrtle. The shrub is a tropical fruit bearing one,and the red berries are rich in Vitamin C,and is apparently good for people who have reoccuring infections, dental problems and chronic fatigue syndrome. It is also loaded with many other vitamins and minerals, and it can be bought from the internet or the health food stores in powder form and a capsule form.I am interested to see if it has done anyone any good.
