What is the best way of practicing?

Although there are many good ways which keep healthy, I think the best way of practicing is meditating. Then, what is your best way of practicing? Can you tell us your successful experience?

Yeah, i guess healthy foods are good. Also, joggin or biking or even walking is very healthy too, and i think it should be done at least every second day .

The best way of practicing is doing the same thing daily. That's what we call practicing. Meditating too is good. If we really want to have a healthy body, we should eat only healthy foods.
