The Philippine government is laying the papers again with rebel groups in Mindanao in realization of the creation of Bangsamoro. What is your opinion to this? What were the countries or situations you've known to be very successful in terms of peace agreements?

hello bro i don't think it will work. just what happen years past... don't have idea or what other countries having successfull peacetalks sorry for that dude. anyway hope other may found this interesting.
