Watching tv on vista

Does anyone here that has vista know what you need to have to be able to watch tv on your computer in the media center?

you will need a tv tuner card to be able to plug in your cable in to the computer.... there are several popular ones and you can choose ones which support windows media center so as to make sure there is not problems with it....
