explain....amazon please!!!!

so i'm mad at ebay right!!!! i try to get back at them by selling on amazon, but i tell you the truth, i see why ebay has us right where they want us, because it almost takes a act of congress to sell on there, i have ben signup for the past 4 days and have not listed one thing, and i'll tell you why? then you tell me why? i can't get it.....simple as that.....i just don't get what they want me to do to list something, and then the money thing, that they don't pay you for 14 days is just crazy, if i sell it i want to be paid for it when the customer pays, just like they want their fees when i list......... anyone have simple direction on how to list on amazon?
