What's the deal with 10bux?

I am past payout on 10bux; and every time I click on the withdrawl area I see a message with days varied: 3 days you may cashout or here it is today-
AlertPay cashouts are only available every 6 days.
You have to wait 4 day(s) to request your payment.
(Pasted message from the site when I click on withdrawl).
What's the deal?
Anyone know?

I confirm the responses above.
I am awaiting my fourth payout from 10Bux and each time I requestd I got the same message to wait 'X' number of days before requesting.
Go and make your request on the day indicated and it will go through with no problems. Don't be surprised if you have to wait to receive it for a bit longer than stated on the site but rest assured it WILL arrive.

I will have to try the Sunday theory out and see if it helps. I signed under someone; and that person makes good money off of me; and vise-versa. 
But!
To make sure the site does pay what it owes; I will only try it one more week. If it keeps giving me the repeated sign I will take the banner off of my page and not be able to recommend them.

I can't request at the moment because I have a payout pending but if I could. it would tell me to request on the same days as you.
Go and request on the day it is saying and get back to us. Good luck!

I didn't sure but I think site have fixed day to request.
I think it's sunday cause I just request my 3rd on last Sunday.
If you request on other days (eg. wednesday) you still got that message to wait forever.
