discussions in mylot

YOU are on my friends list...lol But I generally surf around to find any discussion that interests me. There are a lot of regulars here that seem to spend a good portion of their day doing this, but I have other things to do too...lol. I have not started nearly as many discussions as most, but I do enjoy responding to the one that seem interesting to me.

Actually, i am not looking of who started the thread but to the essence or content of it. I answer good posts. Whether the author is a friend or not. My aim is to share my ideas and opinions and not really just to answer the posts of my friends here. To be fair to other members as well who are posting good threads.

I bounce around. Mainly, I answer discussions with no response. I like to be the first one to voice my opinion on certain matters.....lol.

I always go through my emails first for all my friends discussions, used to be that I would have nearly a hundred of them to go through which would take me all day. Recently I have noticed that this has dropped, drastically and now I only get about 20 friends discussions a day now, so what I do after I have answered my friends then I come around the Lot and see if I can find some new discussions to answer too from people I do not know!

I think your right..I do comment if the discussion interest me,but if not then i dont comment.

I reply to all of those discussions where i have somenthing good to add, for me doesen't metter if it is for an friend or for another person from mylotdotcom I hope this is the optinion for everybody from mylotdotcom, to help each other and to comunicate news and everything we know to share with others.

I respond to any topic that I think that I can respond to. I do not discriminate. I will not respond to a topic that I think is really offensive, crude, or down right ridiculous. I will respond to topics that are interesting. I like (and this is a hint) topics such as: History (talk about World War II or "Operation Iraqi Freedom"), Music (I hear Rihanna is popular right now), English Language (discuss grammar and spelling techniques), Science (Water being found on Mars), Science Fiction ("Neuromancer" is a great sci-fi and a discussion on this one could help many people attempting to get into this genre of books), Comic Books ("The Punisher: War Zone" is coming out in December, and a really great discussion is needed for this one), Graphic Novels ("The Watchmen" Movie is coming out next year, so think about a really nice discussion for this one as well), Math (basic math for those taking the CBEST and CSET in California), and this can go on forever but I gave all the people in this discussion a lot of ideas to work with.

I use to do only friends, but since I've come back, now I just search around and reply to any of the discussions that catch my eyes. I learned that even though I share a lot with my friends as far as interests, it was becoming a job with me. I felt I had to answer their posts everyday regardless if I was interested or not. So I decided this time around I would approach things differently, and it's paying off. Now I come and go and I don't feel like I can come in and go as I please and I'm not hurting anyone's feelings.

i mostly visit discussion started by my friends. i also try to answer many from there. also i browse all the discussion pages. be it top, hot, no response, interest and all.

I comment to just about any discussions that I may have an input too. Friend or ones that are not friends. If I have something that I can contribute to the discussion I comment to it. Then there are times that I have gone through pages of discussions and find nothing to comment too. So I just start all over again and take my time and read more carefully.

I respond to all kinds of discusisons I only respond to ones that I have somethign to say about though I don't always get to respond to all of my friends discussions as sometimes they post discusisnos on things that don't interest me but I try to respond to as many as possible.

I just browse around and try to give logical answers to questions that I thought I can answer. Yeah I have also noticed that some newbies are not coming back. A few of my friends I made here in the beginning have already left. I think we should make an effort to answer all the newbies questions so that they will feel motivated and stay.

i respond to all discussions if they are intresting, it doesn't matter wheather the topic is posted by my friends or somebody else, but most people respond to his/her friends topic becoz they dont find not many discussions made by others, one must join to all of his/her interests so that it will helps to get discussions made in our interests and we can join the discussion too

hey i respond to any discussion if i got an answer to it lol mostly i look at the no responses though there easiest to answer

i contribute to everybody's discussions here... not only my friends'... i try to be open minded and welcome everybody here as best as i can... i don't want to limit myself... take care and have a nice day...

I reply to topics that catch my attention and interest me. Doesnt matter if they are a friend or not which is a good thing as I think I only have like 3 here.. lol I also only got one response with something I wrote, no biggy as I like to give my thoughts and opinions on alot of things. Good luck for any more things you write on.

I don't only respond to my friends discussions. I like to roam around the site and see what new discussions have been started. I will post a response to a discussion even if it is not a friends discussion. I do think that we should try and make everyone feel welcome.
