what is a good diet to lose 10 pounds in 1 week?

I have to go to a dance next week and i want to lose 10 pounds, anybody knows a good diet

hi kittie you cant loose 10 pounds in a week, but you can in a month or so .. avoid taking carbs and sugar .. take more proteins and veges (lesser fruits as they have sugar) cheers

i think it is too difficult to lose 10 pounds in a week... you have to try atleast 2-3 weeks have a brisk walk in every mornig and evening for atleast 20 mins...eat greens and fresh vegitables like cucumber and carrot...avoid oily food,coffee and tea... include fresh fruit juices in your diet..

My mom lose 5 lbs by just cleaning the house ifor five days, My teacher says that after six diet is working well for him.

i'm suggesting fruits and yogurts. lots of it. and wholewheat bread =D n lots of exercise too. its better to eat more fiber and less carbs. dont totally restrict urself to 1 diet plan tho.
