If you were the owner of your favorite sports team, what would you do first?

For example, if I were the owner of the Green Bay Packers, I would tell Brett to politely get the heck out of here.
If I were the owner of the White Sox, I would bench Pual Konerko and permanantly put Swisher into first base.
If I were the owner of the Bulls, I would trade Ben Gordon, start Derrick rose, and trade for a big man.
You all get the point.
I am trying to get the sports discussions a little more in depth and hopefully sports fans will respond.
What would you do with your team?

Now, if I was the owner of Green Bay Packers, I'd reinstate Brett to be QB. He is my favorite QB! 
I think he was kind of forced to retire since he couldn't make up his mind in the spring and they would not let him wait until this summer. There would have been nothing wrong with this since they already had Rodgers there working out as a QB. I'll have to wait until football season to give you anymore details on other teams.
