I live far from work. My travel time is a minimum of 1.5 hours and 2.5 hours the most (wheren there's traffic jam). Sometimes I feel exhausted already before I arrive work. How about you? =(

wow, that is horrible. You have my sympathy with that commute! I have been driving 65 miles round trip for my commute, and the gas prices are just about killing me. Can't afford a new car, let alone a hybrid right now though.

I drive myself to work most of the time. My travel time is at an average of 10 minutes and it depends on certain factors. One would be traffic. It would take me extra 15 to 20 minutes. Another factor to consider would be the weather. During rainy days, it would take me extra 10 to 15 minutes. There are times when I also walk going to work. This is very rare though. It would take me about 30 to 45 minutes if I walk from our house to my workplace.

That's quite far my friend. Always take care on your way to and from the office. In my present work, I live about a mile and a half away from the office. It's an average of 15 minutes commute time. I have to take 2 public transports (jeepney) though since we don't have one that has a direct route from our home to the office. Before I was working at Makati City, a good 45 minute travel from my place one way. I can understand the exhaustion that you're going through on your way to work. Just take time to relax and get enough sleep always. God bless and take care.

it usually takes me somewhere between twenty and thirty minutes to go to work. most of the time i go for the more time consuming route, because i don't get tempted to drive as fast and it helps on my gas (:

Wow, you really have a commute, I don't think I would want to do that with the price of gas today, but you got to do what you have to do. When I was working, I got laid off one and a half months ago, my commute was 1.3 miles. A straight walk from my house.

From my house I travel for almost thirty minutes to go to my work place. I like it because it is not far. I am lucky that I don't have problem with traffic in my route to work. Lucky me.

Wow what a drive?! Hopefully you get paid quite well or even have a company car to make up for all that mileage and fill ups in gas! I used to have about a 45-60 minute drive to work depending on traffic. I moved in February though so now I live much closer to my work and my drive is maybe 15 minutes. I love it it's so much nicer! I agree with you though, when I lived farther away, by the time I got to work I felt like I'd already been there for half the day already and was quite exhausted and often irritated from sitting in traffic. Not a good way to start the work day. LOL How is the drive for you? Does it seem like 1.5 to 2.5 hours? Or have you gotten so used to it's kind of like just there now? I got so used to my drive before that I would notice I went past 10 exits without even realizing it. I just kind of started zoning out and not really paying attention to the exit numbers as got nearer and nearer to my specific exit.
