Stress Busters

I've a list of stress busters here:
1. Breathing in and out
2. Reading light and inspirational stories
3. Having a long ride at the bus and just peeking on places
4. Look at something green or pink
5. Think of accomplishments
6. Eat ice cream
7. Most of all PRAY.

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise,
