Stress Busters

I've a list of stress busters here: 1. Breathing in and out 2. Reading light and inspirational stories 3. Having a long ride at the bus and just peeking on places 4. Look at something green or pink 5. Think of accomplishments 6. Eat ice cream 7. Most of all PRAY. How about you?

I use to manage stress, listening musiq, playing violen and i like chocolates, and i feel i get refreshed after having my chocolates. And best remedy is Meditation, try breathing exercise,

a nice warm bubblebath followed by a nice lotioned body massage, especially on my feet and hands
