pumpkin cheese bread You can try to variations of this bread. The first is a simple bread and the other is a bread with a cream cheese filling. The first recipe is for the bread and the Second is for the bread with the filling. Ingredients for bread 2 1/2 cups sugar 1 8oz package cream cheese 1/4 cups margarine 4 eggs 16 oz can pumpkin 3 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 cup chopped nuts (any kind will be great!) Bread mixture Combine sugar, softened cream cheese and margarine. Mix until well blended. Then add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Blend in pumpkin. Add combined dry ingredients mixing them just until moistened. Fold in the nuts. If you are just making the bread, pour mixture into two greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
