I have been trying everything to get my Master's degree. It has been one obstacle after another. First, my transcript was hi-jacked for money I owed. Got that paid off. Then my student loans were in default. Got them out of default. Then I had to take the GRE. Had to come up with $140. Then I paid it. Then I failed it. Now I gotta come up with money again....on and on....I am about to give up.

Oh...nonono don't give up. My mom used to say that the things that come the hardest in life come with the biggest blessings...er something like that anyway.
I believe that too. When there are many hurdles to overcome to reach our goals, that just pushes us to strive harder for them and the reward that awaits us is much greater than for things that just come our way easily.

I know how you feel.
I have been going crazy getting all my paper work in by friday. I had to find babysitters *for two kids* So they ended up at different daycares because one has to start head start. Then I had to get my transcripts and they were trying to put my transcript on hold because of outragious balance which was suppose to be paid off by loans.
After arguing with them for 3 1/2 hours being bounced back and forth from department to department, they finally agreed to just let me have it since i wasnt giving up or paying! Then i had to get my financal aid in! So exhausting. SO now all we are waiting for is for the fasfa to send my information to the school then i will be complete! I will know by tomorrow!

So, how'd it go...are you all set to start classes?
I know the child care situation can be tricky. I am a provider for a mom of four. I have all four of her kids when she works, but since the wo boys are a handful, they are in daycare during her long school days. All the confusion about who is where and when, ansd she gets assistance to pay for it, so who is getting paid what for which hours. Its been5 weeks now of going back and forth and new paper work several times....and bi golly this week I think it is finally all straightened out!
Might I add I am also in college, but taking my courses online.
