Tavel has already been a part of my life. In the natural world, everything is so beautiful and moves me deeply. on the sea, i couldn't tell you where the sea began and heaven stopped. and before the sun ceased its light, there were always a billions sparkles on the water. sometimes the stars would come out, all of the world was falling sleep. or just like a winter lake, as clear as a mirror, i saw two skies one on top on the other. at th Tibet Plateau, the clouds were so close to you seem that they could be touched. Well, please say something about the views you have visited.

We love waterfalls and Tennessee is loaded with them so we are lucky to live here. I seek them out and make trips to each one as we find ones that we are able to access and walk down into. Its even more fun if you can touch a waterfall and wade in its waters as well as drink in its physical beauty.

The most memorable view I have had was sunrise across the jungle from the top of a Mayan temple. I walked through the darkness and climbed the steps to where I saw the sky turn from black, to blue, then orange to blue. I saw two colorful parrots fly past and some monkeys swinging in the trees. Wow! I have seen some gorgeous views of tropical islands. In Samoa I saw a white sandy beach with gently waving palm trees and traditional thatched beach huts called fales. The sea was aquamarine and so calm looking. Under the sea was a paradise of colorful coral and brightly colored fish of all different sizes and shapes.

I was a truck driver for many years and have seen many beautiful places, but one stands out in my memory. It was on Halloween afternoon in Indiana the trees were in there glorious fall colors, red, yellows, and some green pines to ballance it out, but the amazing part was the heavy snowfall and all the colors showing through the snow, It was spectacular.

I was in Cozumel a few years ago and we went out snorkeling at dawn before the sun had come up. As the sun came up over the gulf, we watched it from the water and it was amazing to see. We also watched all the ocean life come alive with the new day. If that doesn't make you believe in God, I don't know what would.
