How much do I get paid everytime I post

I'm new to mylot and I want to know how much I get paid or how they decide how much they pay me? How much do they pay me each time I post? I'm so confused about this. I wish they would tell you in the earnings tab, but they don't Can someone please help me out. Thanks a lot!

I am day5 here, And i suggest in initial days, do start discussion around 5 in a day and reply for discussion around 5 in a day post photos atleast 5 in a week. Hope by this atleat we can earn $2/week
