how effective are commercials for getting u their products?

do you watch the commercials when they come during movies or tv serials...i work for an ad agency and its just i wanted to know how effective are commercials to you for getting the product they want to sell...according to the studies i know that 48% of viewers leave the room when commercials come on...and the few that remain seated...82% in them are inattentive. what do you think about it...do the commercials we make help you buy good products...do you watch them?

I personally think commercials are a waste of time and instead of making me want to buy a product they make me hate the products I see especially since the play the same commercials a thousand or more times a day,and now if a commercial is on I will change the channel or mute the television until the commercial goes off,and I wish they would take the commercials off the television and replace them with more shows.

so how do we survive dear friend...its our job to make commercials...on tv and all the print media.
