I say f me like 3 times if he doesnt get harder or faster than well he just screwed up the whole love making and leaves me dissatisfied.

I have never said it and I have never had it said to me, I think it sounds really crude and rather pointless, why say something that is happening, if someone said that to me I would probably say something like "What do you think I am doing?"
