Am I an internet addict ..? This question arise quite often in my mind , because when I sit on the net , I even forget to go to the tiolet and how time passes , that I could not know . So have you ever questioned your self - Am I an Internet addict ... ?

Oh yes, I am definately an internet addict. The only time I can go without the net is when I am on holiday or out for the day. There is no way I can sit in the house and not have my computer on!
I get cross when I have to go to the toilet sometimes, especially if I am right in the middle of something on the computer and I have to get up to go. I hold it in til I am nearly bursting myself!!

I don't need to ask myself. I know i'm an internet addict. Unfortunatelly.
I have a daily routine once i get home, being said that i also work in IT - checking e-mails, chatting with my friends, downloading stuff.
Fortunatelly though i find time for outdoor activities. After all, there has to be a ballance.
