companies discriminations..

most of the companies here in the philippines are many kinds of discrimination that's why the unemployment rate here is very high,,, these are some discrimination: age limit dis able your post graduate, if under grad, your skills, your personality,. it's too hard to be employed here,,

Well, here in my country, that's not all. You should have mentioned too, gender, religion and your race. The majority is the winner, if you are minority you would go to the loser hole.

Personally it's simply because of the competition. The majority wants to keep themselves as the majority, that's why they tried to discriminate and make everything's hard for the minority... I believe in different company, the discrimination goes in different way..
