Question for those using Brrring

I decided to get a Brrring account two weeks ago. I had $4.50 in settled/available earnings and $2.00 pending. I got an email towards the end of last week stating that they had changed the way calls were being processed and that they may affect earnings. A day or so later, I checked and I still had the $4.50. Yesterday I checked my account and I have nothing. I have answered a few phone calls and heard the "cha-ching"/money sound when I pick up. I have a lot of phone calls that do not have the pending sign next to them, but I am not getting credit. I did contact support, but haven't gotten ant response. Any clue what is going on?
