You know, everyone is different. Are there any specific personality types that just get under your skin?
I work with a girl that is loud, very loud and obnoxious. She just lets her "bodily functions" fly whenever she feels, cusses, and just carries on. If you confront her about it, shes the first to bicker back and start a fight. Even telling her to quiet down, just sparks a terrible reaction. How would you deal with that? It gets to the point where I want to pull my hair out. You try to ignore it, but its such a distraction that you start to get a headache!

Doesn't the supervisory staff notice how bad this is? She must be one fabulous worker! Otherwise, especially in the present economy, there are many, many people who want that job!
I couldn't work with somebody like that, and I can't imagine what you could do except to avoid her as much as you can. Good luck!

I really wouldn't know what else to do if I were you. My success with dealing with people who get under my skin is to just ignore them. There is really nothing you can do to make them stop acting that way. Its ridiculous how people can be sometimes but just try to hold it out and don't pull all your hair out. Maybe she will get fired soon or something will happen where she will realize that it is definitely not okay to act that way.
