With the forest cover on earth depleting fast, I would request all people to think twice before hitting that print button the next time. In my office, I see my colleagues taking printout of even unnecessary stuff like each and every email they receive even if they could have read it on the computer. I am strictly against it and have even told them to stop doing that. In order to create awareness even my email signature has the words 'Before printing this mail, think, do you really need a hard copy'. I have inserted a picture of the same. You'll can also use it. Please don't waste paper and save trees.

I never really liked paperworks... Even at my work, I tell people to send me an email instead of fax... Too much paperwork clutters up my desk & makes that much more trash... I have my cell. phone company send me a "paperless bill" to my email address... Then I call them up & pay the bill electronically, not by a check... Every week, I back my data up to a back up drive so I have copies of everything if I ever need to access a document... Some of them I even uploaded to a free storage service online so if my computer ever goes down, I can access it from any public computer...Most of the paper copies of documents, I scanned them onto my computer & upload them to my storage place... Now I got a blackberry, I'd access them from my phone... Of course it's very limited if I access them from the phone but at least I have access to them... http://www.adrive.com/static/storageplans_basic

That's a nice reminder. I'll remember that when printing. Papers come from trees. Without trees, we don't have another source of oxygen which we breathe in. Thanks for sharing.
