What kind of car do you drive? What is your ideal car?

I am shopping for a new car, and I am wondering what kind of cars the people of MyLot drive. What car do you drive and how much did it cost? Are you happy with it? I have driven my dads old Jeep for the last few years, and have finally saved up enough money to buy my own. I was happy with the Jeep, but the brakes were going bad and it would cost a lot to fix it. I am looking for a cheap car that has good ride and does not break down. I also want to hear the interesting stories of people who bought ferraris or lamborghinis (sp?).

I drive a toyota matrix and I like ti alot. It is pretty much the ideal car for me it is roomy and has a large storage capacity. It is fuel effiecint and very comfortable. I like my matrix alot. It also has a sunroof which I enjoy very much. I would get another one especailly if it goes hybrid.

Yeah, I definitely want a hybrid because of the ethanol fuel. Sounds like a cool car.

hi i m jhony and i drive small car very famous and most reliable and kown in INDIA its maruti 800 .its not a very fast car but hey when u r india fast isnt the word for u its money and parking space .its good car with very good fuel efficiency and low maintenance car.my ideal car would be something as heavy and rough tough as hummer .but i would want it to look good too like audi tt or mustang.there are so many cars i would wanna have or atleast drive but watching the prices of gas go really high i would say in near future it would be really hard to drive such cars .the only one's rolling would be either electric cars or concept cars which are under progress for now.

I drive a 97 Pontiac Montanna (minivan) Its very nice...we paid 1800 for it through craigslist. If I had my dream van it would be this same one only newer:) I love it and would love it even more if all of its features worked properly:) Automatic doors and such. Cars just aren't big enough for my family...one day we will own a little bus...that would be great since all of the kids always want to bring a friend along with us whereever we go.

I have a Chevy Colorado truck and I love it. Its been very reliable and fairly cheap on gas. It has beena great little truck. My husband had a 07 Chevy Trailblazer that we hate, it has been in and out of the shop for stupid things, numerous times. I wouldn't recommend a Trailblazer. My mother has a newer model Jeep Wrangler and she loves it, if I had to get a new car, thats what I would go for.

I have an F-150 Ford pickup, it is 5 cyclinder and not bad on gas out on the road, it is a 5 speed and does use gas in the traffic, we bought it in 2004 and it will have to last a long time, I would not like a ferraris or lamborghinis, as I think there is better things I could spend my money on than a car that cost so much, after all I can't live in it. I Would like to have something smaller but this is paid for and we can't afford car notes so guess we will keep it.

One of the best cars, reliable, great gas mileage, was a Pontiac Sunfire. I now have a '91 Blazer, my s/o talked me into buying it, to drive to work (I work for forestry as a wildland firefighter and get off work dirty at times) and to learn how to drive in the snow......I moved from the South to the Northeast. Mostly I drive a '07 Mustang GT, which technically is his car, well he bought it! lol But normally he refers to it as 'your car' meaning mine lol. It is a blast to drive and I got 32 mpg on the highway on the first roadtrip I took it on. Usually for everyday driving it gets around 27 mpg. It is a 5 speed, which also makes it fun to drive.

My ideal car would be a Rolls Royce (Silver Cloud) but since I do live on a budget that would never support that one, I drive a Hyundai Santa Fe. We have driven it across several states and use it daily. We are very happy with the car. It is reasonably priced, good on gas, and very reliable. The only thing we have replaced on it are the normal air filters, tires, brakes, etc. We keep the oil changed every 3,000 miles and that helps preserve the engine. I would definitely consider buying one again if we ever need another car.

I drive a 2001 GMC Jimmy. I have had it for 5 years and I love it. It has been a good vehicle for me and is actually the 2nd Jimmy that I have owned. I have never had it in the shop for anything major and probably will keep it for some time to come. Good luck with whatever you decide to buy.

I currently drive a 2005 Nissan Sentra 1.8S Its actually a rather cool car, kinda sporty lookin, great sounds system, good pick up. In fact i have a cpl of cousins who beg me to sell them the car should i ever get rid of it, cuz they like it so much. I dont have any kind of super sport type car i would like to have..but I really like the Dodge Journey that has recently come out. I test drove one, in a Pearl Red type color, absolutely love it.

We purchased our first car from Toyota (Vios model). It was our first car so I am not a credible reference but my husband says that it was easy driving it (first time to drive also) and the great part is it is fuel efficient.

My car is the most environmental friendly in the world to me the most fun. It is a Land Rover Defender 90 tdi. Given a free hand I'd have a Bowler Wildcat, faster off road than an Aston Martin on road all the best urban

I drive a little Ford Escape...a four cylinder SUV..and I love it! I love the way it handles....I need the space for hauling things and I get wonderful gas mileage! Better then a bigger model that would suck gas. I bought it new just a year ago and I definately would buy another one! I would never go back to driving a car now!

Up until 1 1/2 years ago, we drove a 14 year old Cadillac. It looked like new, but we had more trouble with that car than we've ever had with any other we have owned! We were constantly having to put in a new water pump. So we broke down and bought a 1996 GMC Yukon SUV. We love it! We may have not bought it had we known that the gas prices were going to soar, but we have it now, so why not enjoy it. Sorry I wasn't able to tell you I had bought a new Ferrari!
