laughing makes you happy

hi amerikag......not making fun of people. but humor can help you. once at work i was having a bad day and feeling down. i worked at a childcare and found a page of a magazine on the floor. it was a picture of a woman wearing a bra. i knew the picture on the other side was originally up on the wall. i forget what it was but the thot that kids might find the pic of the lady in a bra made me laugh. i took it to a co-worker and we both laughed about it. after that i felt much better and wasn't down anymore. Have a good laugh.

disagree,when we are happy we laugh, not laughing makes us happy. What do you mean by making fun of people makes us happy? Are you happy when you see disabled people? Are you happy when you see people done wrong or speak in bad manner? i don't think that makes a person happy. Happiness for me is when you achieved a goal, when you accomplished a task timely, when you get an award in school that makes me happy or when my boyfriend greet me on our anniversary that would really make me happy.
