Monthly Break Outs?

Does your face break out when its that time of the month ladys? What do you do to help it? or do you just wait for it pass? My face is always clear until that time of the month comes...then it starts acting up a little and It's not that I get zits.. although I had one small one this month lol but my face acts up in a different way. I was born with eczema so my skin is super sensitive and when that time comes i think it causes my eczema to act up a little and its so annoying! It can be painful too even the smallest area that might not even be noticeable! (like, it'll look fine and but it won't feel that way, to me) When I notice the smallest change I start doing things I know that will help it.. like using neosporin. I will put it on at night and it helps it get better fast. my face will start to go back to normal within 2 days usually until the next month comes around...
