Please, Can anyone help me?
I went to make dinner tonight and it was tacos...I opened up the box of hard shells and every single one was broken!! Thankfully I had a second box which was fine and so we still had our Tacos!
However, I can not throw those broken shells out and so they are in a ziploc bag until I figure out what to do with them!
Any suggestions or recipes?
Thanks in advance!

I would go for the taco salad option. I hate when that happens though. I dont like having taco shell problems. What is really worse than broken taco shells is stale taco shells. I think you might be able to rehabilitate them in the microwave but I dont think it's ever worked for me.

Taco Salad seems like a popular choice here...
What do you put in your taco salad?

Make a taco bake. Spray or grease 9" square pan. Cover the bottom with broken shells. Top with prepared taco meat, olives, onions, or whatever else you like, then top with cheese. Bake in 350 oven till cheese is bubbly. Top with cold taco stuff, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream or salsa.

Taco Salad!!!
Spread the broken shels on a plae after beaking them up into smaller pieces.
Fry up some ground beef and maybe re-fried beans, seasoning etc and top.
Add lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and whateer on top of that (maybe sour cream and salsa)
My husband and I do that all the time and we love it!

That really hurts. The only thing I can think of is Taco Salad. If they were regular tacos in a bag, then you can use them for dips. But if you get some taco seasoning, and mix it with ground beef, plus the sauce or water, then add some olives, and whatever, you can make a good taco salad, also add lettuce and top with tomatoes and grated cheese as well. and top with tomatoes. We hardly have tacos because we usually wait until they are on sale and for some reason my bulk store does not sell loose tacos or I would have some.

I know I am way late here heavens and as I am coming from notifications I don't know what others have suggested but I am going to tell you about what my brother sometimes makes. He puts a chilli in an ovenproof dish , breaks taco shells over the top and then grates cheese all over the top and puts it in the oven - delicious! My brother is a chef and probably has more ideas but he is in Spain and his phone line is not working at the moment so I could not find out from him! xxx
