How can i make myself Fat?

Im in great need of something. Please help me how to be FAT or not really that Fat, im just a little SKINNY. Im obsess of the whole Gaining weight program but Duh! I cant afford that and I dont have time for such a thing, soo im thinking maybe MYLOT community could help me with that. PLease i beg you, help me^^ Thanks a Lot!

Im having the same problem actually. I can eat alot but can't gain anything. Our metabolism is just too high i guess. I think we should eat more protein and do some exercise to gain muscle weight. Muscle weight is heavier then fats and much healthier. Drink lots of milk. Eat some snacks all the time. Eat something late at night. That's when our metabolism slows down and we don't burn those calories that fast, so they might become fats. Hope thst helps. Together we try our best to gain weight and be healthy! Good luck!

this might work but it might turn out to be a little more than you intended on being but you could try this. I dont know why would want to get fat but here ya go.
1) skip breakfast or eat a TINY meal
2) eat alot of junk food
3) eat alot of foods high in fat and sugar
4) eat alot before you sleep ( spicey foods, high in fat, big meals )
5) dont exercise, be a lazy bum
6) when eating lunch and dinner, stuff yourself until ur about to puke
hope i helped. good luck getting fat? sounds a tad weird saying that. lol

i think u can eat more high fat,high oil ,high sugar food,juat like french fries,icecreams,hambugers,and meat.eat more milk everyday before u go to sleep.

My question is the opposite "How xan I make myself thin?", haha. Anyway, eat rice, fatty foods but never forget to eat vegetables. Balanced meal is good. If you want to gain fast, eat at fast food resto and drink soda, eat chocolates everyday. That can give you some weight. (if only fat from other people can be transfered, I will glady share my fats with you *sigh*)
