I have a bad sleep , can you give me some advice

it is two weeks ago, i start my first job . marketing , full of challenge ,been pressed hard , and i always feel very tied,but the problem is ,even i have much time to sleep, i do wake up early. i could sleep to 8 ,but everyday wake up at about 6 ,and could not get slept again,no matter when do i go to bed ,nomally. can you give me some suggestion on it,and so i could get full use of my sleep time.thanks

hi luckywon,i can relate to your problem you know.actually,that's my problem lately..though mine has a different root cause.i think,the reason why you can't sleep is because you are working too much.i don't see anything wrong with that though.but dear,you have to learn not to think about the problems and pressures at work whenever you are at home.once you left the office,try to leave everything that concerns your job.don't let stress get into your bones..the more you think about your job when you are at home,the more you'll be disturbed and preoccupied...which affect your subconcious mind even when you're asleep.what you can try to do,be sure that you are relaxed when you go to bed to sleep.to do this,you can try reading a bible,any fave books you like or whatever that will make you relaxed dear.i suggest,have a massage before going to bed coz it perfectly worked well with me.hope everything will be fine with your sleeping pattern soon..heaps!

You should try lavender or some valeran root I believe if you drink it tea form you should consume at least 3 cups a day.
