What's going on with Scrabulous?

Does anyone know why scrabulous can't be played by people in Canada and America now? I play constantly with a friend in Canada and a friend in America and now we can't finish our games because it's no longer available to them! It seems odd to me that all other countries can play but them...anyone know why?

It's a copyright infringement thing. I was going to take a look at Scrabulous about a week before this happened and now I guess I'm glad I didn't.
