In my experience, the average size per minute is 10-15 megabytes. But in reality, the size depends on where the video was created. I observed that videos created from pictures are not easily compressed which make the size a little larger than a movie created more on texts in Windows Movie Maker. Videos taken from video cameras are usually bigger in size.
