Hi everyone! I'm sure there are things that we can't part with or go out without bringing them, like cellphones and wallets. Sometimes things that has been given to us as a gift. But when it comes to clothes is there any particulat clothing (except of course for our undies)that you can't go out without it or you always find yourself wearing it, laundry after laundry? Is it a gift or something you're comfortable wearing it or a necessity? As for me, I can't part with my sweaters and jackets. I easily get cold especially inside malls and places thats air conditioned. Even while eating in restaurants. I don't know I'm just that way. So I always carry my sweaters inside my bag just to be ready if I get cold some place. How about you guys? Please do share!

I am not sure if I could say there is something in mine and my fiances closet that I could not part with, but there are a few things in the closet that I do like and like to wear, one is my cowboy boots because they are part of who I am,another is my huge belt buckle which is something else that is part of who I am,I guess another thing I could not part with is a jacket that was given to me for my birthday by my and uncle several years ago, since my aunt passed a way back in 2001.

My ties, I haven't done a count in a while but I know I have at least 100 but I know theres more than that. Those are one thing that no matter how many I have when I get new ones I never seem to get rid of any old ones. I even have some hanging up still from my chldhood. I know I can never wear them again but still haven't the heart to toss them out.

Hey I've got a suggestion for your childhood ties. Why don't you put in a frame and have them hanged in your bedroom? Like what I did with my childhood dress. Its something that I cherish and want it to be preserved. Well just a thought. Ciao!

About clothes well I can never let go of this oversized p.e. shirt that I borrowed from a very good friend ( I call her my Pig). Its actually her uniform for her table tennis class, while I'm taking basketball. I lost my shirt so I decided to borrow hers. I know it doesnt fit but I really like it anyway. Now that schools over, I use it as a sleeping outfit. If I wear it, it would look like a dress that doesnt fit. But I love it, specially because its from a very good friend. And I dont have plans of giving it back hihi

Oversized t-shirts are nice and comfy for sleeping. I think oversized t-shirts were once available in the market as sleeping outfit. I use to have one as a gift from my mom. Thanks and keep posting!

I have a beautiful wrap around black dress that seems to be worn quite frequent by me compare to other clothing. In many occasion I either where something inside and the dress becomes like a coat or I just simply wear it and wrap around with a beautiful shawl to keep myself warm. Sometimes i wear to work and put on a jacket. So it doesnt look like i have been wearing it many times as i wear it with my style. Besides tat black dress seems to make me look slimmer and it builds my confidence!

Hi! Good choice! Black is a universal color when it comes to fashion. Its the safest color in clothing. You can never go wrong with this color cause anything will look good with it. Thanks for responding!

I cannot part with shorts or bermuda shorts or something that is above th knee.. and sleeveless and spag straps kind of tops. It is hot in here and I sweat a lot. I can go to Baguio (one of the coolest place here) and still be on my shorts and spag strap tops. I hate the feeling of clothes clinging into my body. I can't live with closed neckline type of clothes, I'd die with heat and suffocation

I do have things in my closet that I will never part with, but they are not clothes as I do not get really attached to them. My thing is my record collection as that is in there. I have over 100 or so records that I hide in there away from the kids and I have tried many times to part with them but I just cannot so they live in the closet!
