pictures on mylot!

I have been trying to upload a profile picture here on mylot so people can see who i am rather than a generic green man but i am having a few problems! I store all of mypictures on adobe photoshop and can't seem to get it to try and upload just one photo! Are there any mylotters out there who might be able to help me, i know it's probably really simple when you know how but i am not all that great at things like this!!
