Anyone had an "unusual" wedding? Or know anyone who has?

A British couple shouts "I do" while riding on top of matching airplanes. I don't think I'd have the courage or stupidity to do such a thing. But I bet it makes one heck of a memory.

To be honest at first I thought you were talking about Themed Weddings and I was ready to tell you about what mine is going to be about. I haven't seen anything about it, or any others that might be considered a bit risque. I hope you have a wonderful day.

I have a friend who got married parachuting out of a plane. Both him and his wife were really into it and that is how they actually mer. I thought it was really cool but I would never do that.

That would be an interesting marriage, but really they have some other issue, wish, or desire they are expressing. I really would want to take my own marriage more seriously and leave thrill seeking for another time. I think a marriage can be whatever a person wants it to be. I just prefer how I got married, simple and focused on the act of matrimony and the promise. Sometimes I think people get too distracted with other plans and ideas to make a marriage 'memorable.'

That takes some serious guts. My fiance and I watched one on tv where the couple were very pierced and tattoed. They pierced their backs with huge hooks and were raised up...had their entire ceremony hanging there...crazy!!! We are planning an unusually themed wedding...not as drastic as these...but definitely something not many have seen before. Our colors are black, red, and white...no we are not satanistic, goth, or anything of the kind...just expressive.
