Charlie went down to GITMO

Oh GOD! Charlie Daniels? As if water boarding wasn't bad enough. LOl Ok I'm kidding .....KIDDING folks! I like Charlie Daniels. I honestly don't think it matters who says this though. Many people still believe we are the evil ones. We are the bag guys in all of this. The only way some people will be happy is if we were the ones being held in Gitmo and the captured combatatants were the captors.

Thanks, Clrumfelt! I had no idea that Charlie Daniels went to Gitmo. I've been a fan of CDB for many, many years. I don't generally give the famous any more of a benefit of the doubt than I do the average Joe or Jo. However, Charlie Daniels has always struck me as a sincere, down-to-earth, genuine individual. He definitely passes my 'would this person be a good neighbor' test! As such, I have no reason to doubt the accuracy of his observations. Specifically, I thank CDB for setting up a tour to entertain our military folks at Gitmo, and special thanks to Charlie Daniels for getting the independent observer's perspective out there. The enemy could learn a lesson or two on civility from such an independent outlook, eh?

GITMO is a resort for Islamic terrorist who would have been killed if they were not captured and sent to GITMO. That is why some call it Club GITMO. The detainee play soccer or football which ever you want to call the sport, get prayer rugs and Korans, and Muslim dietry food. What more would a terrorist want, except to get himself and someone else killed. I do not have any pity for them down in GITMO
