I was told by a friend that the daily use of pantyliner is not good for us. She said that we should let it breath whatever she means by that. Unfortunately, I feel uncomfortable not wearing one but if it's a health risk, then I might as well limit my use of such liners. Is it really true? How about you? Do you use it often?

of course i used it. its more hygienic. to protect your underwear and feel fresh the whole day. you can change it in the middle part of the day. specially if you are working in an office or anywhere. it will not passed the health examiner if its bad. anyways, thats why they call it liner cause its thin. the air can still pass through it.

Hi diutay, I don't know where your friend gets her information from, but I have never heard of such things, in that case why wear clothing at all, any way it healthy to wear underwear what if you sit a piece of wood you might splinters, think about that? anyway the girls go about with short skirts these day and not wearing panties is asking for trouble. Im sure that pantyliners are an essential for a lot of women, and I used to find that they came in handy at the end of menstruation ,as then you may just lose the odd drop or two and a pantyliner was sufficient cover.also you could get the perfumed pantyliners, and they were avery good idea,as often menstruation has an unusual odour attached to it.
