When i fall into work,i paid all my attentions on the work,but someone is coming here,(it's my boss
) and ask me to do another thing,then i have to stop my work and change my mind to think about another thing,but i am still worry my unfinished work,in this way,i often feel tried for this.

You should obey him because it is his company. The best way is to be adaptable and try to know the way of your boss. Some time, his order is as important as rules.
