when im upset i listen to music it has a tendincy to cheer me up what do u do to cheer yourslef up???

I listen to music that is inspirational. I try to keep it clean when im down and I do not listen to depressing music especiallly if im not in a cheery mood. i listen to kanye west to get me in the mood especially his song 'Stronger'.
