I became a vegetarian aged four and in my adult like began vegan. I was allergic to cow's milk and began to feel better when I cut down on this in my teenage years. I feel very fit and healthy on my vegan diet. I love animals and feel that being vegan is the right choice for me. I realize that that was vegan or vegetarian diet would not suit everybody. I respect other people's ideas and choices. I know that a vegan diet with lots of fruit, vegetables, soya, rice, pasta and nuts is healthy. Being vegan I have to make sure that I have enough vitamin B12 and iron.

hi lannaxe.......for awhile i gave being a vegetarian my best effort. then i became anemic and it was too costly to buy all the supplements that i would need to help me. they wanted me to see a specialist but it was cheaper to eat a hamburger. so i cannot live without meat. i have friends that can.
