PHP will be another java?

PHP is an web development language dedicated for sites, but not any sites for thoes sites who needs to be administrated online and not in every 5/10 minutes to upload some files on ftp(server). About Java language is a general-purpose, concurrent, class-based, object-oriented language. It is designed to be simply enough that many programmers can achieve fluency in the language. The Java is related to C and C++ but is organised diferently. If Java is used in some sites that isn't mean that PHP is a new Java (php was designed specially for websites). This is my opinion, and it is made from what books I have read.
