The Secret Life of the American Teenager

I am not gong to watch it. the title - Secret Life of the American Teenager" and the first storyline is that the 15 year old gets knocked up... I"m sorry but I just don't think that that is the life of an American Teenager. THey are parading it around like it is okay to "be with child" at 15 - your parents will understand and back you and in 9 months (when the season ends) all will be fine, so why should girls worry about protection? All will be fine in 9 months - just like on TV. I think that title alone gives teenagers such a slap in the face as if that is the only thing that they have on their minds. Makes it sound like all teenagers do is have s*x. To be an "american teenager" you have to get or be got pregnant at 15. Seems the exact opposite to 7th Heaven - those kids were taught values and morals, and purpose and to have brains and do well and plan for future and things like that. Just my opinion.

I have seen previews for it, but I have not watched the show yet. What station is it on? I was going to check it out.
