when should someone be able to drink?

good question right I mean Men and women can fight in the army at 18 but can't drink till their 21 whatever.

The drinking age of 21 is only a american thing. In europe you can drink as younge as 12 and as for the military if it is a bar on the base and you have an ID that stats active duty and are atleast 18 you can drink

18 and above should be alright. There are youngsters who are coaxed by their parents to take drinks at 15 or 16. (one or 2 sips).

If parents permit, boys at 16-17 years start drinking.

The drinking age doesn't matter, the police will ticket you for being drunk anyways.

idk how old/young some one should be. but kids as young as 14 are gonna raid their parents liquor cabinets any way. so i think they should just keep it at 21
