Those who are willing to learn..

Not all are fortunate and lucky to go in school..and to study..Here in my country, most of youths who are unfortunate are very willing to go to school..to finish their studies...but due to lack of finances they can't pursue their studies in college...But those who are capable to support their studies are those not interested..and end up cheating their parents..instead of going to school they just hang out with their friends..somewhere else..How sad that they are wasting their money..if only they can transfer it to those who are very willing to learn..sigh!
