How about double eyelid surgery?

Many of my friends have their eyelids doubled. I had been a little sceptical to plastic surgery. But they do look better than before. Their eyes are widening and look smart and cool. What do you think of this kind of plastic surgery? Is there anything need to be known before going such kind of surgery? I've been thinking of going for such surgery but i'm a little worried and anxious.

Double eyelid surgery has become a trend in East Asian countries. Males as well as females undergo the surgery and some at an early age like 15 or 16. They wanted to have the wide-eyed look that people of other nationalities have. It's actually up to them if they would like to have it or not but I wouldn't have it done on me. I also have chinky eyes but I'm okay with it. I'm still the same person...double eyelids or not.

I agree. It's been a trend especially in South Korea. Most of my friends there have undergone plastic surgery. I see from your response that you are a very confident person and you surely enjoy your present situation very much. Thank you for sharing me your idea and have a nice day.

Hey, shinymood. Although i disagree with plastic surgery, i will stand by you if you are to do it. In my opinion, the natural looking given by our parents is the best.Anyway, good luck to you.

Thanks for your support. I think i'll have it done when i'm ready lol. I only hope my colleagues can recognize me when i am back to work this coming September.

I have thought of getting surgery myself but for different areas other than the eyes. I say if you can get a reputable doctor with good credentials than the eye surgery could be a good idea. Make sure you do your research before acting upon anything.
